• Handle calls, emails, enquiries, and reservations.
• Manage administrative records, data entry, and filing.
• Support daily operations and events.
• Resolve enquiries professionally and maintain an organised reception area.

• Previous experience in hotels, private members' clubs, leisure or recreation centers is an advantage.
• Experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work Schedule
Five working days per week, with Mondays and one additional day off.
One half-day shift weekly.
Operating hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM; Sunday, 9 AM–8 PM. Shifts are scheduled by management.
