A kitchen appliance company is recruiting a customer-focused After-Sales / Customer Service Representative to manage post-purchase support, coordinate installations and servicing, resolve customer complaints, and ensure an excellent after-sales experience.

• Receive and resolve customer complaints, service requests, and after-sales inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate product installations, repairs, servicing, and maintenance with technicians and installers.
• Follow up on pending service requests and keep customers updated until resolution.
• Manage warranty claims and escalate technical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, complaints, warranty claims, and customer feedback.
• Prepare timely after-sales reports and provide management with updates on recurring issues and service performance.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution rate
• Timely completion of installations and service requests
• Customer retention and repeat business
• Accuracy of after-sales records and reports
• Response and follow-up time
• Effective coordination of technicians and service activities

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in after-sales service, customer service, technical support, or a related role, preferably in appliances, interiors, or a related industry.
• Experience with premium kitchen appliances is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
