We are seeking a highly experienced Agricultural Economist to join our team for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of an Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System on a short-term project.

• Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, Development Economics, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years' experience in the preparation of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manuals and Performance Monitoring Plans
• Strong understanding of agricultural development projects, results-based management, and M&E frameworks
• Experience working on donor-funded programs will be an added advantage
