We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing function of a leading company specializing in the sales, supply, and distribution of residential and commercial tiles, doors, and sanitary accessories.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing high-performing sales teams, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brand and customer base. This role requires a hands-on leader who can hit the ground running, make sound commercial decisions, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to deliver outstanding performance.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
  Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, architects, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and go-to-market strategies to maximize sales performance.
• Oversee digital marketing, brand management, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and management to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales and marketing KPIs, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience within the building materials, construction materials, ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, doors, home finishing products, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, channel development, and key account management.
• Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and business performance.
