We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documentation.
• Perform daily bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and support timely collections.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
• Support expense tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Assist with VAT, PAYE, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Good attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, statutory deductions, and basic Nigerian tax compliance is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional courses/certifications in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related areas will be an added advantage
• Candidates must reside within close proximity to Ikeja and its environs.
