We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Operation Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of financing products and services.

• Manage day-to-day business operations and processes.
• Coordinate financing applications, customer onboarding, documentation, disbursement, and repayments.
• Monitor financing portfolios and follow up on repayments.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review operational documents, MOUs, proposals, and reports.
• Develop and improve SOPs and internal processes.
• Support product development, partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
• Coordinate field agents, ambassadors, and other operational personnel.
• Work with Finance and Management to ensure accurate records and effective risk management.

• B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in Operation or a related role.
• Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech operations is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of financial records and risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with teams and external stakeholders.
