- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor stock, inventory, wastage, and cash control.
- Track sales, prepare reports, and enforce company SOPs.
- Support staff training, discipline, and performance.

- Minimum of OND/HND.
- Previous QSR or fast-food experience is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as scheduled.
