- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor stock, inventory, wastage and cash control
- Track sales, prepare reports and enforce company SOPs
- Support staff training, discipline and performance

- OND/HND minimum
- Previous QSR or fast-food experience ( *required* )
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Honest, organized and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts and weekends
