We are seeking a detail-oriented Bid & Tender Officer to support the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids and tenders within the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

• Identify and review relevant tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents, scopes, specifications, and submission requirements.
• Coordinate and compile technical, commercial, and administrative bid documents.
• Prepare bid checklists, responsibility matrices, and tender trackers.
• Support pricing, cost analysis, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate required documents from Engineering, Finance, HSE, Procurement, and other departments.
• Prepare and submit bids through NIPEX and other client procurement portals.
• Support submissions through SAP Ariba, SMART GEP, and similar platforms.
• Maintain proper records of submitted bids and tender documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all bids.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in bidding, tendering, proposal preparation, or related roles, preferably in Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with NIPEX and e-procurement platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
