• Lead branch growth and customer acquisition efforts
• Manage branch staff and drive team performance
• Ensure healthy loan portfolio growth and recovery
• Strengthen customer relationships and service delivery
• Maintain compliance with operational and credit policies
• Analyze branch performance and implement improvement strategies
• Support business expansion within the branch location

• B.Sc./HND in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI)
• Proven leadership and portfolio management experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and people-management skills
• MFI experience is mandatory
