- Attend to customers in a warm, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Support customers throughout their in-store experience.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with the brand image.
- Assist with basic customer records, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications as required.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support the team in maintaining excellent luxury retail service standards.

The successful candidate will:

- Be fashion-conscious and attentive to personal presentation.
- Communicate confidently and professionally.
- Pay strong attention to detail.
- Be courteous, responsive, and customer-focused.
- Represent the brand positively at all times.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be confident, articulate, and well-presented.
- Strong interest in fashion, personal grooming, and brand representation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer use.
- A degree or qualification in Mass Communication or a related field is an added advantage.
- NYSC members may apply.
- Male and female applicants are welcome.
- Applicants should ideally be between 20 and 27 years old.
- Candidates must reside within or close to the Lagos Island axis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
