Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing requests, and ensuring seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary. • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. • Process customer requests, applications, orders, and account updates. • Maintain accurate customer interaction records using the company's CRM system. • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services where applicable. • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • 30 years and below. • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an added advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
