• Lead business operations, sales performance, and execution of business plans.
• Drive market expansion, brand promotion, and marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and expand a nationwide dealer network.
• Secure key accounts, corporate fleet deals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations and report performance to the Country Manager.

• M.Sc. or MBA, with substantial commercial or business management experience.
• At least 10 years of team management experience; plus at least 5 years of senior leadership experience.
• Strong business networks and knowledge of the Nigerian market.
• Proven track record in sales growth, market development, key account acquisition, or strategic partnerships.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage; exceptional candidates from banking, finance, real estate, and other sectors are welcome.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial acumen, and execution skills.
• Fluency in English, legal eligibility to work in Nigeria, Lagos-based availability, and willingness to travel nationwide.
