We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to grow customers, drive sales, and build brand visibility across all Numero Group businesses: Supermarket, Restaurant, Spa & Unisex Salon.  
You will be responsible for online presence, promotions, and lead generation that directly translates to foot traffic and revenue for all 4 brands.

Social Media & Brand Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google Business for all 4 brands
- Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, before/after for salon & spa, menu promos for restaurant, price deals for supermarket
- Maintain consistent brand voice while tailoring content to each business

Sales & Lead Generation
- Run paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive bookings, orders, and store visits
- Promote supermarket weekly deals, restaurant combo meals, spa/salon packages and discounts
- Build and manage WhatsApp broadcast/CRM for customer retention and repeat sales

Content Creation
- Write captions, blog posts, flyers, and website content that convert
- Shoot/edit short videos: food videos, spa treatments, salon transformations, supermarket walkthroughs
- Collaborate with staff to get content from daily operations

Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan monthly campaigns: "Valentine Spa Package", "Supermarket Price Slash", "Restaurant Family Combo", "Salon Glow Up"
- Track campaign performance and ROI. Report sales attributed to digital efforts
- Partner with influencers and local communities to increase reach

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor ad spend, engagement, website traffic, and conversions
- Weekly report to management on what worked, what didn’t, and next actions
- Manage Google Reviews and respond to online customer feedback

• 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Skills:Meta Ads, Canva/CapCut, Content Writing, Basic Photography/Videography, Google Analytics
• Knowledge: Understanding of Lagos market, customer behavior, and how to drive offline sales from online
• Traits: Creative, data-driven, fast executor, can work with little supervision
• Tools:Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Mailchimp, WordPress
