The Digital Media Officer will support the Digital Media and Production teams in creating, editing, publishing, and promoting digital content arising from media productions.
The role provides hands-on training and practical experience in digital content production, social media management, video editing, audience engagement, digital marketing, and online distribution while contributing to the Company's digital presence and promotion of its productions.

• Assist in creating digital content to promote the Company's programmes, shows, productions, events, and projects.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during studio recordings, shoots, events, and other production activities.
• Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, teasers, trailers, highlights, promotional clips, and other digital content.
• Editing of videos for social media and other digital platforms.
• Assist in managing the Company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X.
• Schedule and publish approved content according to the Company's content calendar.
• Write or assist with captions, hashtags and promotional copy for digital content.
• Provide digital media support during studio recordings, outdoor shoots, events and other production activities.
• Assist in developing digital promotional campaigns for new and existing productions.
• Research audience interests and online conversations relevant to the Company's productions.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, Theatre Arts, Creative Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• 2–4 year of experience in digital media, content creation, social media or media production.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content  trends.
