• Manage and maintain company-owned and leased residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Manage tenant relationships, requests, leasing, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements, renewals, rental rates, and related documentation.
• Manage property budgets, expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure properties comply with applicable laws, regulations, safety, and other requirements.
• Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and reports.
• Drive sustainable and efficient property management practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in estate/property management.
• Proven experience managing residential and commercial properties.
• Experience in lease negotiation, tenant management, property maintenance, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, sound judgement, and initiative.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
