LaFabriqe is looking for a Fashion Consultant to deliver a personalized and seamless client experience, guiding clients from their initial design inquiry through consultation, order processing, delivery, and post purchase support.

• Respond to client inquiries and conduct virtual consultations.
• Guide clients through design decisions, virtual try ons, and refinements.
• Review customer measurements and prepare Atelier Briefs.
• Process confirmed orders, prepare accurate quotes and invoices, and obtain approval for quotes above $1,500.
• Follow up on deliveries, client satisfaction, fit, and alteration requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM profiles.
• Escalate complex complaints and unresolved client concerns appropriately.

• Experience in fashion, retail, customer experience, luxury services, or a similar client facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow up skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and meet defined response times.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
• Good judgment, problem solving skills, and a genuine interest in fashion and client experience.
