The Land Acquisition / Project Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategically suitable land and development opportunities for GCH Homes, while also driving sales of GCH residential and investment projects.

The role will build and manage relationships with landowners, agents, investors, buyers, institutions, and other market participants; coordinate preliminary commercial due diligence; support project feasibility analysis; negotiate acquisition/JV terms; develop project-specific sales strategies; and ensure timely conversion of prospects into executed transactions and collections.

The role should ultimately support GCH’s strategic objectives of building a strong development pipeline, accelerating capital turnover, and establishing a scalable real-estate investment and development platform.

• Source and evaluate viable land and development opportunities in GCH’s target markets.
• Conduct preliminary market, commercial, and financial feasibility assessments before acquisition.
• Negotiate land purchases, JV structures, payment terms, and other development arrangements.
• Develop and execute project-specific sales, pricing, marketing, and customer-conversion strategies.
• Maintain a strong CRM database of buyers, investors, agents, landowners, and prospects. Land and Project Opportunity Sourcing

• 5 years’ experience in land acquisition, real estate property sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Go  knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
• Client-focused
