•Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
•Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company financial policies.
•Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
•Oversee tax planning, audits, and internal controls.
•Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and performance improvement.

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is manadatory.
•Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a similar finance leadership role.
•Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
•Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
