• 2–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, audit, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency.
  Strong understanding of accounting and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ACCA, ICAN, CFA, or CIMA certification is an advantage.
• Experience in fintech, lending, distribution, or energy access is a plus.
