• This role is responsible for ensuring effective, efficient management of employees and the satisfaction of all staff in the various departments and units, from entry to exit.
• Attract and retain qualified and motivated staff efficiently and cost- effectively.
• Ensure that the recruited staff remain ‘fit for purpose’ throughout the duration of their tenure in the organization.
• Work with supervisors to ensure equity and equal opportunity in the workplace.
