• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across all departments and branches.
• Drive the staff performance appraisal system (KPI tracking), ensuring alignment with bank goals and growth objectives.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate learning programs to build workforce capacity and ensure regulatory continuous professional development.
• Foster a positive work environment, handle grievance resolution, manage payroll inputs, and oversee staff health/welfare benefits.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and staff handbooks in compliance with Nigerian Labor Law and microfinance banking industry standards.
• Oversee daily administrative functions, facility maintenance, procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.
• Maintain bank physical assets, security setups, and inventory records across locations.
• Manage fleet/transportation logistics and enforce occupational health and safety protocols across operations.
• Ensure secure maintenance of personnel records, administrative filings, and regulatory documentation.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the Microfinance Banking sector.
• Professional Certification: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is required.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of Nigerian Labor Law, CBN microfinance guidelines, and workplace compliance standards
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
