• Lead the development and execution of the Group’s strategic plan.
• Drive enterprise performance management across subsidiaries.
• Develop and manage Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks.
• Lead business performance analytics, executive dashboards and reporting.
• Monitor subsidiary performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive strategic transformation, organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Provide strategic and performance insights to Executive Management and the Board.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Human Resources, Engineering or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
• ICAN or CFA certification.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, Management Consulting or Organizational Effectiveness.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a holding company, financial services group, consulting firm, insurance company, bank, HMO, pension administrator or investment institution.
• Strong experience in strategy execution, Balanced Scorecard, KPI frameworks and enterprise performance systems.
