We are seeking a Mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across our organization workforce. The role will cover recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and payroll support, policy implementation, and compliance with Nigerian labour and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Manage onboarding and orientation.
• Administer employee records and HRIS data.
• Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
• Handle employee relations matters.
• Support performance management.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, HSE requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate training, engagement, and welfare initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law, statutory and HR requirements workplace policies.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
