• Draft job posts, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring
• Prepare offer letters and contracts
• Onboard new hires
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and track pension and tax remittances
• Handle staff queries, complaints, and disciplinary matters confidentially
• Support performance reviews and staff engagement
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Nigerian labour law
• Manage exit processes, including handovers and clearance

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of HR or administrative experience
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR practices
• Strong communication, organisation, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
