• Manage and grow key accounts across supermarkets, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges and distributors.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and acquire new accounts and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, listings and promotional activities.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, shelf placement and product visibility.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support effective collections.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve account-related issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, accounts, collections and market activities.

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably within Wines & Spirits, Beverages, FMCG or Consumer Goods Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos retail and beverage market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and opening new accounts.
• Practical experience with customer collections and credit follow-up.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage major retail accounts and confidently engage decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of product placement, stock monitoring and retail visibility.
