Our client, a leading fashion and retail conglomerate, is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Fashion Stylist to lead fashion styling and visual merchandising across its retail locations.

• Lead the Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising team and provide creative direction.
• Develop seasonal styling concepts, complete looks, colour stories, and outfit combinations.
• Lead styling for campaigns, collection launches, lookbooks, and photoshoots.
• Oversee mannequin styling, window displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Train store teams on fashion styling, product knowledge, outfit building, and product pairing.
• Ensure consistent styling and visual standards across multiple retail locations.
• Research fashion and retail trends and benchmark leading international brands.
• Coordinate photographers, models, stylists, and other creative partners for photoshoots.
• Support commercial objectives through effective styling, product presentation, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–7 years' experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related creative fashion environment.
• Strong experience in fashion styling, look creation, photoshoots, campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, colour coordination, mannequins, store displays, and premium retail presentation.
• Experience leading or coaching a styling/VM team is highly desirable.
• Strong creative, communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of customer buying behaviour.
