We are seeking a competent and experienced Medical Procurement Officer to join our team.

• Source and procure medical equipment, supplies, consumables, and related products.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Ensure all procured medical products meet required quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Operations, Biomedical Engineers, and other relevant teams to meet procurement needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experiencein procurement, preferably within the
• medical/healthcare sector.
• Good knowledge of medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare supplies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet procurement deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Must reside within Ikeja or its environs, or be within reasonable commuting distance to Ikeja.
