We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in consumer electronics, gadgets, home appliances, or technology retail operations. The successful candidate will oversee multiple branches across different states, ensuring operational consistency, inventory accuracy, excellent customer experience, and strong branch performance. (Frequent travel across branches required)

Key Responsibilities: - Provide operational leadership across all branches. - Monitor branch sales, inventory, customer service, and operational KPIs. - Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits. - Lead and supervise branch managers and operational teams. - Improve operational efficiency, reduce stock losses, and optimize profitability. - Coordinate inventory movement, procurement, logistics, and after-sales operations. - Resolve escalated customer complaints and strengthen customer experience. - Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field. - 5–10 years’ experience in Operations, Retail, Regional, or Branch Management. - Proven experience managing multiple retail branches across different cities or states. - Strong background in electronics, gadgets, home appliances, technology retail, or electronics distribution. - Experience leading geographically dispersed teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience with ERP, inventory, or retail management systems is an advantage.
