• Coordinate daily operational activities across the pharmacy.
• Ensure adherence to established operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, and general workplace conduct.
• Support effective coordination between pharmacy, administrative, and support teams.
• Monitor customer service and ensure prompt resolution of operational issues.
• Support inventory, procurement, deliveries, and stock movement processes.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, organisation, and general operational readiness.
• Prepare operational reports and escalate issues requiring management attention.
• Support implementation of policies, processes, and operational improvements.
• Ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years’ experience in operations, administration, retail, healthcare, or a related environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce procedures professionally.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be proactive, disciplined, accountable, and solution-oriented.
