The successful candidate will oversee production planning, manage supervisors and artisans, optimise resources, and drive continuous improvement to achieve production and business goals.

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Supervise production supervisors, tailors, cutters, and beaders to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
• Manage production costs, minimize material wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
• Resolve production challenges and implement process improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports.

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in fashion or garment production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with production planning or inventory management systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent production planning and workflow coordination.
• Quality control and process improvement expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Cost management and resource optimisation.
