• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategy 
• Execution within an assigned region, leading and coaching Territory Managers, 
• Delivering revenue and business growth targets,
• Developing strategic relationships with key clients and business partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant sales/business development experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing a sales team
• Professional certification is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in Health Insurance/HMO, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is essential
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the local market and business environment
• Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate where required
