We are seeking friendly, reliable and customer-focused Sales Clerks to attend to customers, process sales, maintain store standards and support daily operations for a retail Pharmacy in Ita-elepa Ilorin.

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process all sales and payments accurately through the POS system.
• Capture customer phone numbers at the point of sale.
• Refer all medication-related questions to the Pharmacist.
• Keep the store clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate sales and store records.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate relevant information to the next shift.
• Support other daily store operations as required.

• Minimum of OND.
• Previous experience working in a supermarket or retail outlet is mandatory.
• ⁠Past experience as a Sales Clerk in a community pharmacy store is an added advantage
• Experience in retail, customer service is an added advantage
• Basic POS and computer skills.
• Fluent in English and Yoruba.
• Honest, reliable, friendly and customer-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
