• Manage executive priorities, complex schedules, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
• Track strategic initiatives, key decisions, and action points, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
• Prepare executive briefs, management reports, presentations, and decision-support documents.
• Serve as a key liaison between the executive, senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion and sound judgment.
• Support decision-making through research, information gathering, and priority project coordination.
• Identify workflow gaps and improve executive support processes and administrative efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in executive assistance or senior administrative support, preferably supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
• Excellent organisational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, exercise independent judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
