• Manage the company’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute a consistent social media and content strategy
• Create high-quality and engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, videos and other social media creatives.
• Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar
• Shoot and edit product/fabric photos and videos for social media.
• Develop creative concepts, trends, campaigns and content ideas that showcase the brand and products.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, sounds, hashtags and formats and adapt them to the brand.

• 1–3 years’ experience managing social media accounts, preferably within retail, fashion, fabrics, beauty, lifestyle or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content.
• Strong photography, videography and basic video-editing skills.
• Ability to use tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar content creation applications.
• Strong customer service and online engagement skills.
• Creative, trendy and able to consistently generate fresh content ideas.
• Good understanding of social media growth and engagement strategies.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or creating product-focused content.
• Proactive, confident and able to interact professionally with customers online.
• Must be willing to learn about fabrics, pricing and product presentation.
