• The successful candidate will drive business growth within an assigned territory by acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and developing relationships with brokers, agents, and other distribution/channel partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• Professional certification is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in Health Insurance/HMO, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is essential
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the local market and business environment
• Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and relocate where required
