We are seeking an experienced Waste Management Supervisor to oversee daily collection, sorting, and disposal operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of drivers and field workers, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and keep operations running efficiently and on schedule.

• Supervise and coordinate daily waste collection and disposal activities
• Schedule staff, routes, and equipment usage for maximum efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly
• Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records of waste volumes, routes, and incidents.
• Enforce proper use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials
• Liaise with management on performance reports and improvement plans

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in environmental science, logistics, or related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in waste management, logistics, or a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of waste disposal regulations and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, depending on role requirements)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
