Job Summary A fast-growing FMCG company launching oral care and personal hygiene products in Nigeria, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive product distribution, market entry, and sales growth. The Sales Executive will play a key role in introducing the company’s products into the market by driving sales, activating distributors, and expanding presence across key FMCG trade channels.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales and product distribution across key FMCG channels. Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. Leverage existing trade networks to expand market reach. Execute field sales activities, trade visits, and product activations. Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and market trends. Support go-to-market strategies and achieve sales targets.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 3–6 years' experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing in Nigeria. Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or retail networks. Strong field sales experience and ability to develop new markets. Good understanding of FMCG trade channels and distribution systems. Existing distributor/trade network is an added advantage.
