-Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports.
-Monitor supplier payments, manage customer invoices, track receivables, and ensure timely settlement of financial obligations.
-Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
-Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and support effective financial planning.
-Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenditure, and investigate cost variances.
-Ensure accurate computation, filing, and remittance of applicable taxes in line with statutory requirements.
-Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payment of employee salaries and related statutory deductions.
-Maintain effective internal controls, -Identify financial risks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Coordinate closing activities and ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
-Monitor project-related costs, operational expenses, and financial transactions associated with oil and gas operations and servicing activities.

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
-Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
-Experience in the oil and gas upstream sector or oil and gas servicing industry.
-EPCI project experience is an added advantage.
-ICAN or ACA certification is required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
-Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, and financial controls.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
