• Driving financial strategy, planning and business performance
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Overseeing group financial reporting and consolidation
• Managing treasury, liquidity, financing and capital decisions
• Supporting real estate acquisitions and project investment decisions
• Driving tax, regulatory compliance and internal controls
• Providing strategic financial insights to executive management
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team

• 10+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Experience within a group/multi-entity environment
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and commercial analysis skills
• Experience in real estate, property development or a related capital-intensive environment is highly relevant
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Active ICAN, ACCA, CFA or CITN certification is required
• MBA/Master’s degree is an added advantage
