A leading HR Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR operations, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end talent management for both internal HR projects.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the firm’s HR strategy and operations. Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Develop and implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering HR consulting solutions. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Drive process improvement and leverage HR technology to enhance efficiency.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage). Minimum of 5–7 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within an HR consulting or professional services firm. * Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labour laws. * Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital recruitment platforms. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Must be available to resume immediately or within a short notice period.
