We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency, process improvement, business execution, and cross-functional coordination across our retail and manufacturing operations.

• Translate business strategy and organisational goals into actionable operational plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key business priorities.
• Review and improve organisational structures, workflows, processes, and reporting lines.
• Develop and implement SOPs, process maps, operational guidelines, and control systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead process-improvement and operational-excellence initiatives.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Coordinate activities across Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales, and Administration.
• Drive accountability and follow-up on management decisions, action points, and business initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate strategic projects from planning through implementation and review.
• Support the COO and senior management with operational insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency, scalability, improved customer experience, and business growth.
• Leverage tools such as Odoo, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms to improve workflow management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in Operations, Business Management, Strategy, Process Improvement, Project Management, Management Consulting, or related functions.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives and business operations.
• Strong experience in process improvement, organisational structures, workflows, SOPs, strategic planning, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges and develop practical, commercially viable solutions.
• Retail, garment/fashion manufacturing, FMCG, manufacturing, or other complex operational experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working directly with COOs, CEOs, C-suite executives, or senior management is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, project-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
