- Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Oversee daily business operations and monitor performance against targets.
- Supervise credit appraisal, loan administration, and risk management.
- Lead loan recovery activities and improve collection efficiency.
- Manage and develop sales, credit, recovery, and operations teams.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare business reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years' supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, credit portfolio management, and debt recovery, preferably within microfinance or lending.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business development skills.
