Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute player acquisition and growth strategies across digital, affiliate, and partnership channels. • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through data-driven campaigns and optimized player journeys. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the online gaming platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. • Monitor key business metrics including GGR, NGR, active players, churn, and ROI, and provide strategic insights to leadership. • Manage relationships with platform providers, game studios, and third-party partners. • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, fraud prevention measures, and responsible gaming standards.
