We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the CFO in managing the school’s financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, accurate reporting, and sound financial planning.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare management accounts, reports, and financial analysis.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Monitor school fees, revenue, and outstanding receivables.
• Oversee general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Coordinate audits and maintain effective internal controls.
• Ensure PAYE, WHT, pension, and other statutory compliance.
• Supervise and develop the Finance team.
• Drive finance process improvement and ERP/accounting system optimisation.
• Support Board/Finance Committee reporting, scholarships, boarding operations, and capital projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• 7–10 years’ progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, treasury, financial reporting, audit, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Education or service-sector experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High integrity, discretion, and professional ethics.
