We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Administration to lead the school’s administrative, facilities, procurement, and support operations.

The role will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to ensure efficient systems, compliance, budgeting, and a well-run school environment.

• Lead school administration, facilities, and support services.
• Manage procurement, contracts, vendors, and logistics.
• Oversee administrative systems, records, and compliance.
• Supervise administrative and support staff.
• Support budgeting, operational planning, and policy implementation.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong experience in school administration and operations.
• International/British curriculum school experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facilities, procurement, budgeting, compliance, and logistics.
• Experience using ERP/school management systems.
• Proven experience in change and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
