We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Admissions & Marketing to lead admissions, student recruitment, enrolment, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of increasing student enrolment, strengthening school visibility, and converting prospective families into enrolled students.

• Develop and execute admissions, enrolment, and marketing strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end admissions and enrolment process.
• Manage admissions and marketing teams.
• Drive digital, social media, events, and other marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with parents, feeder schools, alumni, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee school communications, website, publications, and social media.
• Analyse admissions data, prepare enrolment forecasts, and report to the Principal/Board.
• Lead open days, school tours, webinars, and other recruitment activities.

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in admissions, marketing, student recruitment, or related areas.
• Strong experience in school admissions and strategic marketing.
• Proven record of increasing student enrolment and retention.
• Experience with CRM, admissions platforms, and student information systems.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics knowledge.
• International/British school experience is highly preferred.
• International student recruitment and expatriate family experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international school accreditation frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Development, or a related field.
• Professional membership such as CIM, NIMN, NIPR, CIPR, or related bodies is an advantage.
