Welcome to the Freebyz Remote Jobs Referral Program Terms. Freebyz Remote Jobs is an employment and talent marketplace operated by Freebyz Technologies Ltd. To encourage community growth and expand access to career opportunities, Freebyz may operate referral programs that reward eligible users for introducing new users to the platform.

These Referral Program Terms explain how referral programs operate, the responsibilities of participants and the conditions that apply to referral rewards. Participation in any Freebyz Referral Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms, the Freebyz Terms of Use and other applicable platform policies.

The purpose of the Referral Program is to help more people discover the opportunities available on Freebyz, including:

• Remote jobs.
• Onsite jobs.
• Internship opportunities.
• NYSC Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) opportunities.
• Volunteer opportunities.
• Professional portfolios.
• Talent marketplace services.
• Digital work opportunities.
• Employer recruitment services.

The Referral Program is intended to encourage genuine recommendations and organic community growth.

To participate in the Referral Program, users must:

• Hold an active Freebyz account.
• Comply with all applicable platform policies.
• Use referral links or referral codes provided through their account.
• Avoid fraudulent or misleading promotional practices.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific referral campaigns.

Eligible users may receive a unique referral link or referral code. When a new user joins Freebyz using that referral link or code and satisfies the applicable campaign requirements, the referring user may become eligible for a referral reward. The qualifying conditions for a referral may vary depending on the campaign and will be communicated within the platform or the campaign announcement.

Freebyz may offer referral rewards in various forms, including:

• Cash rewards.
• Wallet credits.
• Platform bonuses.
• Promotional incentives.
• Premium feature access.
• Other benefits introduced from time to time.

Reward amounts, eligibility criteria and campaign duration may vary and may be updated or discontinued at Freebyz's discretion.

A referral may qualify for a reward only where all applicable campaign requirements have been met. Examples of qualifying requirements may include:

• Refer themselves using multiple accounts.
• Use automated software or bots.
• Purchase fake referrals.
• Use deceptive advertising.
• Misrepresent Freebyz services.
• Spam individuals or organizations.
• Publish misleading claims regarding earnings or employment.
• Offer unauthorized incentives on behalf of Freebyz.

Referral rewards obtained through fraudulent activity may be cancelled.

Participants are encouraged to share Freebyz responsibly. When promoting Freebyz, users should provide accurate information, respect applicable advertising laws, avoid exaggerated income claims, avoid misleading employment claims, and present the platform honestly. Freebyz values authentic recommendations from satisfied users.

Freebyz may review referral activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Review measures may include duplicate account detection, identity verification where applicable, automated fraud detection, manual account reviews, and referral pattern analysis. Freebyz may withhold or decline referral rewards while investigations are ongoing.

Freebyz may suspend or permanently remove users from the Referral Program where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of referral systems, misleading promotional activities, repeated policy violations, or attempts to manipulate campaign results. Where appropriate, additional action may be taken under the Freebyz Terms of Use.

Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations that may apply to referral rewards under the laws of their jurisdiction. Freebyz does not provide tax advice.

Freebyz may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue referral campaigns at any time. Changes may include reward amounts, eligibility criteria, campaign duration, qualifying activities, and geographic availability. The most current campaign information will be communicated through official Freebyz channels.

Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee that a user will receive referral rewards. Rewards are subject to compliance with these Terms, successful completion of campaign requirements, fraud prevention reviews, and platform policies.

The Freebyz Referral Program is a promotional initiative designed to support community growth. Participation in the Referral Program is separate from applying for jobs, employment opportunities, internship opportunities, talent discovery, employer recruitment, professional portfolio services, and participation in the Task Marketplace. Users may use Freebyz without participating in the Referral Program.

Freebyz is not responsible for third-party promotional activities conducted without authorization, losses arising from misuse of referral links, delays caused by fraud investigations, or referral rewards claimed through policy violations. Freebyz reserves the right to make final decisions regarding referral eligibility.

Freebyz may revise these Referral Program Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on the Freebyz website and become effective from the published effective date.
